Shipping
We ship worldwide by air with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Cancellation Policy
In-Stock Products
Orders cannot be cancelled after the order is confirmed.
Custom-Made Products
You may cancel within 24 hours after placing your order by emailing info@props-costume.com.
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
After 24 hours or once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
In-Stock Products
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if:

The product is too small based on the measurements you provided.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
If the problem is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace, remake, or provide another suitable solution.
If incorrect measurements were provided or your measurements have changed, a new order may be required.
