Cancellation Policy
In-Stock Products
In-stock orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.
Please email info@props-costume.com to request cancellation.
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount to cover payment processing and transaction costs.
After 24 hours, or once production has started, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.
Return Policy
In-Stock Products
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal reasons.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are individually produced according to your measurements and specifications.
Therefore, custom-made products cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if:

The product is too small to wear based on the measurements originally provided with your order.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
If incorrect measurements were provided or your measurements have changed, this will not be considered a manufacturing defect and a new order may be required.
Please provide clear photos and details of the issue when contacting us.
If we confirm that the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate solution such as repair, adjustment, replacement, or remaking the affected product.
If a return is required because of a confirmed manufacturing issue, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
